We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For those patients who do not have insurance, payment is expected in full at the time services are rendered. Please ask a member of our staff about payment options available through CareCredit. We will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 60 days. Estimated patient portions are due on the day of treatment. |
